Morris Brown Day - “Save one save all!”

Morris Brown Day is going to be a spectacular three-day event the weekend of January 16, 2009 through January 18, 2009. This historical event will offer different target audiences as well as major participation and contribution opportunities for everyone. Below is the listing of events.

Friday, January 16, 2009 – twelve-hour telethon live streaming radio event to be held at Studio 21 Media Entertainment. Beginning at 10AM and ending at 10PM featuring guest such as Michael Baisden and Al Sharpton providing information to the public and pushing the importance of to save this historic college.

Saturday, January 17, 2009 – benefit concert from 10AM to 10PM featuring local and mainstream talent from the Music industry to be held at Morris Brown College in the John Lewis gym.

Sunday, January 18, 2009 – “Morris Brown Gospel Explosion” This event will feature super gospel greats, local choirs, guest speakers and many more. The “Gospel Explosion” will be hosted at the Morris Brown College in the John Lewis gym from 1PM to 9PM.
